Each and every business would like to automate their processes so that they can reduce costs and maximise profit. Because of the manner in which computers were introduced in Africa, the majority of the businesses believe that once you buy computer equipment, you are “computerised’ and therefore you are on the way to doing business efficiently.
One of the biggest problems faced by businesses is investing in clustered solutions in an attempt to ease their operations and make them more efficient. More often than not, the organisations become more inefficient after investing in several hardware and software solutions which are so disjointed, they make it so frustrating finding information and moving it between the solutions.
